First course

Cream of asparagus soup

Entrée ( three options to choose from and a vegan choice will be available as well):

Chicken Saltimbocca – all natural chicken breast stuffed with prosciutto and fresh mozzarella cheese finished with red wine demi and fresh herbs served over wild rice pilaf and steamed asparagus

Bourbon Tournedos of Beef – Savory beef sirloin with a bourbon horseradish demi, garlic mashed potatoes and steamed asparagus

Mushroom crepes – Sautéed portabella mushroom wrapped in savory crepes with spinach demi and served over a sauté of fresh tomatoes and zucchini ribbons
