The a-frame was added for our floor display but can be removed easily and the rack hung on the wall if you prefer. Our wine selection this year is definitely a nod to the auction theme and very French in nature.

Myers Meat Fest - Part Deux
Our very own Smoke Master - Al Myers - fires up the smoker for your party of 35-40 people. This is a perfect catering opportunity so consider future annual family events, corporate luncheons or retreat, wedding reception, or any other time you want to throw a HUGE Meat Fest for all your besties. Al takes a lot of pride in what he serves up and he should! Once you have had Al's smoked fare, no other meat will ever compare. Brisket, smoked chicken with Alabama white sauce, smoked Pork BBQ, smoked appetizers, homemade beans & coleslaw, buns & sauces! Also provided: homemade banana pudding for dessert, iced tea, and lemonade! To accompany the food, we have a sixtel of beer donated by Jessica Myers.
